This week on Vill House Podcast we celebrate our 10 year marriage anniversary.  We run through a list of questions on how well you know your partner provided by MindBodyGreen.com.  After going through most of the questions, I think it's safe to say we know each other pretty well.  There were plenty of laughs and interesting answers throughout the show.

This week on Vill House Podcast we are joined by our good friend Kayla Eidson.  Kayla is an Air Force Senior NCO who is kicking ass out in Hawaii.  The Air Force has taken her all around the world to places like Korea, Afghanistan, Europe, and all over the United States to include. Alaska and Hawaii.  We served together for 4 years as Military Training Instructors on Lackland AFB in San Antonio, Texas.

This week on Vill House Podcast we are joined by special guest Kevin Rice.  Justin Leeper is also on the show as Holly sits this one out.  This was a good one as we "bro'd out" and had a lot of fun.  We shared plenty of stories, a lot of laughs and eventually went deep as the conversation got a little more serious toward the end of the show.  The bottom line is that guys need to look out for each other and not be afraid to reach out for help.  I mentioned The Dad Edge Podcast as a great resource for men, specifically husbands and fathers.  I've added the link below.  We need to take care of each other.

This week on Vill House Podcast we are joined by my good friend David Garver. David is an Air Force Security Forces Defender more commonly known as military police. He is also a Military Working Dog Handler.  I had the pleasure of working alongside David and his Military Working Dog at the time Drak during a deployment to Iraq.  David gives us a look at the life of a Military Working Dog Handler and the Military Working Dogs themselves.

This week on Vill House Podcast we talk about Memorial Day and "Murph", the workout that is well known around the fitness community and usually done on Memorial Day.  "Murph" is a workout dedicated to Medal of Honor recipient Lt Michael Murphy, a US Navy SEAL who died in Afghanistan during Operation Red Wings.  The events of Operation Red Wings are documented in the book Lone Survivor written by Marcus Luttrell.  We also touched a bit on our deployment experience and other Hero workouts dedicated to the men and women that paid the ultimate price.

This week on the Vill House Podcast, Holly and I go through another round of questions.  Typically, these are some of my favorite podcasts to do and this one was no different.  Some of the questions really made us think deeply about our responses and made us think about good and bad times in our lives that really made an impact on the people we are today.  We pulled these questions from EchoWave and gifts.com.

This week on the Vill House Podcast we are talking about our Spartan Race experience.  We completed our Spartan Race Trifecta back in 2016 and now looking to complete our second Trifecta 5 years later in 2021.  We just completed the "Super" which is a 10k and we are a little banged up after it.  Our good friends Justin and Erin Leeper who have been on the podcast multiple times joined us for the race and we simply had a blast.  If you have never done a Spartan Race I highly recommend that you sign up for one, preferably with a friend, and go through the experience.

This week on the new Vill House Podcast we are joined once again by the awesome Erin Leeper.  If you're not familiar with her, go back and listen to episodes 51 and 23 where we had a lot of laughs.  In this episode, we ran through a list of questions from a website called Mantelligence which turned out to be amusing and required plenty of thought.  Surviving a zombie apocalypse, relationships with Facebook friends, family ties, are just a few of the topics that the questions touched on.  We had a blast and I'm sure you will too.
