The girls chat about how Paulina wasn't introduced to the idea of consent until she went to college and how that was too late. October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, and this year it's a cause that hits closer to home for Jennie's family, than ever before. This week the girls sit down with Jennie's mother, Dr. Kathy Royal, Ed.D.: Mom, Grandmother, Gifted Education Teacher, and recent Breast Cancer Survivor.

Once hesitant to even share her cancer diagnosis with close friends and family, Kathy is now on a mission to share her story, and encourage women of every age to stay up to date on routine medical care. Breast Cancer effects 1 in 8 women, so yearly mammograms are CRUCIAL for early detection. Often we put off regular healthcare visits because we are "too busy" or "feel fine". When in reality, when we don't take care of ourselves, or let things go for too long, we put ourselves and our families at risk. Talk to your doctor about your family history, and remind the women you know who are of age, to schedule their yearly mammograms! The girls are back for an all around chit chat this week! The episode goes from the way alcohol is marketed to mothers, how big and small screen media is not representing moms, and the way celebrities appeal to our emotions after scandal.
 Jennie completed a health challenge that really made her reevaluate her personal journey with drinking, and what emotions she may have used it to mask, and Allie, who rarely ever drinks, feels like the culture is a bandaid to the real issues mothers face. The girls dive into some pop-culture and realize how mothers are represented... completely inaccurately. SexLife on Netflix missed the mark (what new mom still has perky boobs and breastfeeds in lingerie?) and Lin-Manuel Miranda majorly fell short on his representation in casting for In The Heights. Moms deserve to be represented in all colors, shapes, sizes and socioeconomic statuses! They catch us up on the inside info on Rachel Hollis and Chrissy Tiegan.
