Today we will be touching on diet and what diet is best for exercise. Specifically looking at different diets for different exercise regimes. We will also touch on protein powders and supplements, as well as fad diets such as intermittent fasting, keto and banting and whether or not we should recommend such diets to our clients.
Practical tools will be given throughout the session that you will be able to use for yourself and for your clients

Dr Steve Harris is an international presenter and the CEO of eta College (a college specializing in coaching, exercise, sport management and wellness qualifications. Dr Harris builds his presentations and workshop sessions around customer needs using the underpinning architecture of Mental Toughness. His MBA dissertation was on performance improvement and his PhD thesis was on mental toughness, using the Springboks and their stakeholder community as his research cohort. He is a former world champion in Surf lifesaving and the author of; Surviving to Thriving: Mental Toughness and the novel Impimpi; Black anger and White fear.
