In this very special 100th official episode of the Virtus Performance podcast, we joined forces with the G.O.A.T Rick Mirabella of Runnez Fame, and the magnificent Jarryd 'Moo' Palser of doing lots of great things fame, to discuss mental health.

More specifically Pulse's journey with his own battles and triumphs. After being diagnosed with depression in 2019, I have been in awe of how moo has continued to put his own struggles front and centre as he learns how to best deal with and manage hit mental health.

During November he took over the weekly email to deliver this incredibly powerful piece of writing.

In Episode 72 Tommy and I sat down with these expectant parents to discuss their expectations, excitement, fears and plans.

In Episode 88 a few weeks before the twins were born I sat down with Eliza and Sam and we discussed the pregnancy, and how their expectations had changed and what they were excited for.

Today 8.5 months on we spoke about the journey so far, what advice they have for soon to be parents (KP and I) and what it was like being a parent.
