My guest today is Brittany 💜 I first saw her at a virtual event and was immediately captivated by her unique purple hair. Already, it was clear she had something special that others admired too.

When I put out one of my very first posts about being vulnerable, Brittany was one of the four people to reach out to me and say how much I had inspired them. That message really showed me how important visibility is, and how powerful it can be in connecting with other people.

It formed a real connection between us too because seeing Brittany continue to be consistent with her own visibility gave me permission to do the same for myself. Even though there were times we both disappeared from the online world, it's comforting to know that we still have each other's back no matter what.

Brittany has clients ranging from people just starting out with no email list or email service writer all the way up to those making eight figures and have been sending emails for decades. To meet the needs of these different clients, they have six segments on their email list with several sequences tailored towards each segment.

Finally, the user noted that it's hard when their clients move on since it requires bringing in new people which can become a volume game. Therefore, it's important to think of content creation differently depending on who you're trying to reach.

When it comes to visibility, early practice can help lessen the affect it has. Though it may not be comfortable or enjoyable, visibility is necessary for making a big impact. You have to step out of your comfort zone and show your face for people to give you permission to do things.

Jordan found her niche in the online space when she started working with 8-figure businesses like Amy Porterfield and James Wedmore, writing webinar scripts and collaborating on courses with them. It was a dream job that allowed her to travel and work remotely, living in Portugal for a month. In the end, though, it was time to move on and seek new opportunities elsewhere.

Parents should also be aware that their child may change his/her mind when it comes to what they want to do - like spending time with a photographer and realizing that he doesn't want to pursue that dream. Investing time and money into something your child may not end up wanting can save you from an extra year of college! Keeping an open mind and monitoring your child's interests is key when it comes to helping them figure out a career path.

It is important to understand that it is normal to have fears around visibility – knowing this fact is half the battle! We also explore ways to reframe these fears in order to overcome them. Visibility should not be seen as a bad word – it is important for self-growth and success.

It’s important to get your offer and sales process ironed out and consistent before jumping into any new technology. Once they enter the group, they will be given the link that they need with ease and convenience.

Another conversation automation tool is appointment setting bots which allow customers to chat with members of your team or help them find answers through FAQs before setting up appointments with you.  This process is triggered through regular ads rather than lead magnets, making it easier and quicker than ever before!

It's not always easy to get up on a stage and speak, but it can absolutely be possible. That's what I learned when working with [my writing assistant] Jasper. Not only did they help me shape my pitches and craft titles and descriptions, they also gave me the tools I needed to accomplish one of my dreams: speaking in public.

They shared their expertise with me and showed me that everyone has something amazing to share with the world.  As a business owner, you are serving customers, so you have an expertise that belongs on a stage too! You don't have to feel like you need to get everything perfect before taking that leap into speaking; there will still be things to work on after you make your start.
