Have you ever said to yourself it's just too noisy online and that the mere thought of trying to build your coaching business or this get clients is exhausting? It's noisy. It's noisy online. There's too many people. There's too many posts. There's too many coaches. There's too much overthinking.

Well, if you've ever felt like that, then I have got your number because I have certainly felt like that. In fact, actually being visible is something that people knew me for, and I had a total breakdown when it came to being visible in my new business after the pandemic. It was a bigger challenge than I'd ever anticipated until I started to.
