As an athlete, you likely put a lot stress on your body with workouts, games, and all of the physical activities that are required. This is normal stress and can be good stress, unless you experience too much of it OR it's combined with too much off the court stress (mental stress, emotional stress, etc.) and if you are overstressed, not only are you more susceptible to injuries and sickness, but you won't develop very much on the court or in the weightroom. In this episode I'll give you some ways that you can effectively manage stress and make sure you're able to recover and perform at your highest level!
