Action is the foundational key to all success.  When you are 'ready', it means you have prepared yourself.  'Set' means to position yourself to do the thing you have been preparing for.  'Go' means start moving because it's show time! You don't have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great!

People-pleasers often have low self-esteem and draw their self-worth from the approval of others.  Like chameleons, they change who they appear to be depending on the situation. People-pleasers manipulate situations to gain control to receive acceptance, validation, and love from others.  People-pleasers fear rejection and disappointing others, so they lie by omission and are inauthentic.  

The Golden Rule of Listening is that we should listen to others the way we would want others to listen to us.  Listening is a creative force that acts as a magnet and encourages people to open up. The greatest gift that we can give another human being is our rapt attention.

Say what you mean.  Mean what you say.  Don't say it mean.  Honesty without compassion is brutality.  

To walk in beauty means to walk in harmony with all living things.  It's being in that state of awareness where you feel connected to everything around you.
