Oliver Manalese (www.olivermanalese.com) helps successful entrepreneurs who feel ‘spiritually bankrupt’, rediscover their purpose in order to create a driven lifestyle business. Oliver is an expert at coaching and training clients in the areas of leadership, high performance, and transformation.
I’ve known Oliver since the beginning of 2015, nervously walking to the doors of his upcoming heated Vinyasa practice that he was about to guide. I asked, if young men usually practiced on the regular, and if it was okay for someone at any skill level to partake. Upon asking, Oliver stared, smiled, and simply held the door open with one hand and pointing the other hand into the studio- a welcome gesture.
That practice had forever changed my life, without ever knowing it at the time. It introduced me to a world of possibilities. Fast forward 5 years, I’d completed my registered Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) of 200 hours, graduated with Honours in a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) at Wilfrid Laurier University, completed my Master of Arts (M.A) degree at Wilfrid Laurier as well, travelled across Europe, and stand before you today as I pursue this journey called the Vitality on Earth Experience.
My friends, this episode provides only a snippet of the empowerment Oliver provides not only to his clients, but community. Helping others rediscover their own potential and purpose. In this episode, we discuss what it truly means to feel ‘spiritually bankrupt’, embracing pain as a teacher, taking risks, and understanding the importance of mortality.
Oliver is also the host of ‘The Heart of Leadership’, a podcast for high performing leaders seeking more purpose, prosperity, personal power, and inner peace.
