Life will hurt sometimes. Jesus never said it would be easy, but He did promise to be with us through it all. In the hurt, trauma, and pain, we can learn to lean on Him and not to give up. In this teaching, we learn to build resilience through life’s challenges. It is a service of healing and a powerful time in the Word.

As believers, we have the special advantage of the Holy Spirit living in us. We’re not left to figure life out on our own or push through by sheer willpower. The Holy Spirit empowers and enables us every step of the way.
