I had the pleasure to chat with my friend William Pickernell aka Nativesaiyan who shared his incredible fitness journey. I asked him about his “Why” and he got candid about what got him to start exercising. Since his wake up call, he went from being bed bound, to now exercising and living more independently, losing over 200 lbs in the process. This is a snippet of our podcast episode. It was such a pleasure chatting with him. He has the biggest heart and is just such an amazing human being who inspires me on the daily.

In honor of my sister Nalie Agustin's Heavenly birthday, I created a highlight reel of some of her most inspirational speeches throughout her 9 year bout with Stage 4 Metastatic breast cancer. Despite her diagnosis, she lived her life to the fullest. She travelled the entire world giving inspirational keynote speeches, wrote a best selling book "The Diary of Nalie", and touched millions with her content.

May her words continue to inspire the world.

It's my birthday today! In light of this special day, I've uploaded a compilation of my sister's Birthday Rants. Every year she recorded a raw and most honest video about the lessons she's learned that year. During her 8, almost 9 years thriving with cancer - her perspective on aging shifted from being afraid of growing old, to   being privileged experiencing another year on earth.
