Also...Note to self: Before renaming your podcast, you may want to GOOGLE SEARCH "Stuff N Things" to SEE IF THERE'S ALREADY A PODCAST CALLED "STUFF AND THINGS"!

So...it may be more than just a week before another episode...Guh.

Change is good, so they say. It's something that has to happen from time to time, to keep things fresh. To keep people interested and wondering what the heck is going on. Y'know...to keep people talking.

Such is the case here. "The Voice of Steve Podcast" is no more. From now on, you'll be listening to "The Stuff and Things Podcast with The Voice of Steve". Think of it as an effort on my part to let you, the ever-important listener, know what the heck just MIGHT be going on with this goofy show!

The other changes will be more subtle and take time. Think of what goes on when a company changes it's name. They gotta use up all'a them memo pads and pens and stuff that has the old name on 'em. Me? I just have to change a bunch of segment intros and stuff, some of which I really like and am worried I won't be able to duplicate or improve upon as I make the change.

So, hang in there. As you'll notice when you listen...this is pretty much the same show that you've been listening to for the last eight years. By that I mean: Just 'cuz I gots a snazzy new name for the show, that don't mean there's any more redemptive value in it. It's still just 20 minutes to a half hour of me being as goofy and silly as I can possibly be at that moment.

Well, here we are. After four months and getting past a busted 'puter, The Voice of Steve is finally back with a new episode. I went on a bit of a passive aggressive rant last week and while I meant what I said, I guess I could have been less of a jerk about it.

Thanks again to Scott Lamond for the email that he sent me, telling me why he felt he had to turn his show off and that I should NOT do the same. I appreciate the time you took to send me the note and between you and my wife, who also said I should keep things going, HERE I AM!!!
