For Episode 13 of The Voice & The Coach, Dan O'Connor and Mark Holick take the conversation to the Okanagan to chat with the head coach of the Kelowna Rockets, Kris Mallette. Mallette is a former WHL player who played nine seasons of professional hockey before pursuing coaching. Mallette joined the Rockets coaching staff in 2014-15 in time to help them win a league championship, and since then has been a mainstay on their bench.

In February, 2020 Kris Mallette was named the head coach of the Rockets, but his path has been anything but easy. In this conversation he talks about some of the ups and downs that have accompanied his six-year tenure with the Rockets, and also dives into some of the key players and memorable moments that have all played a part in his hockey story.

We're back! Episode 12 of The Voice & The Coach features a conversation with one of the most highly respected, passionate, talented, and entertaining personalities that the WHL has to offer.

Cam Moon is a former WHL/SJHL goaltender who has since gone on to call over 1500 WHL games with the Red Deer Rebels. Since 1998-99 he's been the voice behind one of the most consistent and successful organizations in all of junior hockey, and he's got a vault full of stories to share because of it.

For Episode 10 of The Voice & The Coach, Dan and Mark are joined by the long-time Equipment Manager of the WHL's Prince George Cougars, Ramandeep "Chico" Dhanjal (6:42). Dhanjal has spent the previous 12 seasons (and nearly 1000 games) working with the Cougars as both the Equipment Manager and Athletic Therapist (Until 2014-15). Prior to his arrival in Prince George, Dhanjal captured a Royal Bank Cup championship in 2008 with the SJHL's Humboldt Broncos.

Internationally Dhanjal has represented Canada on numerous occasions and was recently named to Canada's staff for the 2020 World Under-17 Hockey Challenge.

For Episode 9 of the Voice & The Coach, Dan and Mark spend some time with one of the Top 100 hockey players ever. No, seriously, there's a Top 100 list and he's on it.

Scott Niedermayer's list of hockey accomplishments is impressive to say the least:

- He's won four Stanley Cups.
- He's won two Olympic Gold Medals.
- He's one of only two players ever to win a Memorial Cup, a World Junior Gold Medal, A World Championship, a World Cup of Hockey, an Olympic Gold Medal and a Stanley Cup.
- He's a proud member of the Hockey Hall of Fame.

In this conversation he talks about sharing an Olympic experiences with the likes of Mario Lemieux, Wayne Gretzky, Steve Yzerman and Sidney Crosby. On Episode 3 of The Voice & The Coach, Dan and Mark are joined by former Vancouver Canuck/Toronto Maple Leaf's defenceman Rick Lanz (11:54). During the conversation, Rick talks about breaking into the league with Vancouver as a young defenceman and then transitioning into a more veteran-type role with the Toronto Maple Leafs.
