This week on the show, Dan and Mark are thrilled to chat with one of the best story tellers in hockey, Dave Chyzowski.

"Chizzer" was the second overall pick in the 1989 NHL Draft, a 1990 World Junior champion with Canada, and played parts of 17 seasons of professional hockey in the NHL, AHL, IHL, Germany and Austria. After he retired from playing, he joined the front office of the WHL's Kamloops Blazers where he learned all facets of the business. From there he transitioned into coaching, where he earned valuable experience with both the Delta Hockey Academy and the WHL's Vancouver Giants in 2019-20. Less than a week ago he was hired to be the next Head Coach/GM of the BCHL's Merritt Centennials.

- Notable teammates, coaches, executives who have inspired his pursuits.

Kevin  "Killer" Kaminski was revered by his teammates and coaches for his toughness and leadership, and in this conversation he'll share his journey through the junior and pro hockey ranks, and some of the epic battles, moments and life lessons learned along the way. The Voice & The Coach returns for Episode 36 which features a conversation with former NHL blueliner Jim Vandermeer (with cameos from his father Bob and his brothers Pete, Dan and Bill.

Vandermeer captained the Red Deer Rebels to a Memorial Cup victory in 2001, and parlayed that success into an NHL contract with the Philadelphia Flyers. From there, Vandermeer played 461 games in the NHL (Philly, Chicago, Calgary, Phoenix, Edmonton and San Jose) before wrapping up his playing career in Europe in both Switzerland and Belfast.

If you've watched a Toronto Blue Jays game in the past 15 years, you're no doubt familiar with the friendly face and voice of Jamie Campbell who has taken you from your living room to the ballpark as the host of Blue Jays Central.

From 2005-2009 he served as the TV play-by-play broadcaster for the Blue Jays. In 2010 he had the (surprising) honour of calling Alex Bilodeau's Gold Medal historic ski-run at the 2010 Winter Olympics, marking the first time a Canadian athlete had won an Olympic Gold Medal on home soil.

Halladay, Bautista, Dickey, Tulowitzki, Wells and Gibby? He's got stories for days! And he'll touch on all of that and more in Episode 34.
