Welcome back to the Vulnerability Hangover podcast. I am your host, Nikki. In this quick episode, we're diving into raw and unfiltered introspection today. In this episode, I will open up about a topic that's been weighing heavily on my mind lately: love or the lack thereof.
I reflected on my past experiences and relationships—the absence of meaningful romantic connections in my life. It's a topic I've touched on, but today, I want to delve deeper into the uncertainty and vulnerability that come with feeling like I've never truly been in love.
Thank you for holding space,
Welcome back to another "Vulnerability Bites" Episode on The Vulnerability Hangover podcast. Today, I want to dive into a topic that's been on my mind lately: friendships after toxic relationships.
Coming out of toxic relationships and friendships has taught me the importance of auditing my friendships. I've become more discerning about who I allow into my inner circle, prioritizing quality over quantity. Recognizing red flags and setting boundaries early on has become second nature, leading to healthier and more fulfilling relationships.
We all deserve friendships that uplift and support you, not ones that drain you.
