I could probably talk forever about self beliefs and building upon your past accomplishments to give you courage and confidence to move forward, take more action, dream bigger dreams.  We all have wins.  Just like we all have things we are grateful for.  We just need to remember them.  That takes practice!

Wanted to share some quick tips I have picked up, compiled and tweaked for manifesting.  I often hear something and then hear it another way or again and then try it.  Gabby Bernstein said in her Super Attractor Event- nothing is really new.  She's right.  The key is to practice and make it a habit.  So gather tips you find useful and practice them.  That's the key to success and real change in anything you do.

This is a joint podcast (our 2nd one) with my husband Ryan (Good Karma Sportfishing) where we talk about some things that happened with his business that can be relatable or even happen to your business.

I share some thoughts on how to change your mindset and move thru it.  You are not alone with various difficult work or business challenges.

Sometimes we have to really take time to sit back and evaluate how we are going to use our time to best serve us.  If we don't it's easy to waste time, let other people use you for their agenda or even get overwhelmed.  Discipline in saying "no" and setting boundaries can really help.  This week I talk about the day I spent at Podcast Movement (which was fabulous) and also a trip down memory lane.

Through using my new journal that has more details that what I normally do...I realized that somedays I am just grateful I got thru my day with ease.  Can you relate?

I realized awhile ago, I wasn't taking the most action possible.  I have always been very good at taking action. "Starting before I'm ready" has lead to a lot of forward movement and learning but when you realize you can do even more and build even more great daily habits - why not?  What is your mindset towards taking action?  Are you doing enough?  Are you on the sidelines waiting for a perfect moment?  Are great opportunities passing you by?  Take action now- I know you can do it!

Never thought I would be someone who likes to garden or even works outside but I LOVE my garden.  It took years and a lot of hard, sweaty work and money to get it in shape.  I treat it like a business . But the last month of my travel really took its toll.  Now I have to go back to some basics and get it back on track.  Daily practice on your life, business, health, relationships is just as important as getting started.  Once you start- you have to keep going.  Always be taking action!
