On this week's episode of the podcast we sit down with Amanda Tsujikawa.
Oh how I enjoyed this conversation and learning what it means to truly be unbreakable in the face of adversity.
From the time Amanda was young, she repeatedly made the decision to not settle for the circumstances that she was dealt, but instead to create the reality she wanted to exist in.
Through the diagnoses and defeats of multiple bouts of cancer, to summiting 30+ mountains, serving our country, wining spartan races, qualifying and competing in the Ironman World Championship, and more, Amanda is a living breathing testimony to the fact that you are capable of whatever you set your mind to.
I hope you enjoy this conversation as much as I did and invite you to share it with a friend.
No limits.

On this week's episode of the podcast we have our first repeat guest. In May '22 PK joined me to discuss his personal journey.
On this week's episode of the podcast we sit down with Founder and CEO of AllInFit, Marlon Smith.
Marlon Smith formed All In Fit in 2019 when he saw an opportunity to utilize his background as a pro athlete to coach the same skills and mindsets with business professionals.
Marlon has been an athlete all his life. He grew up in San Antonio, Texas and excelled in both basketball and football throughout primary schooling. He then accepted a full ride to St. Mary’s University on a basketball scholarship. He earned a school record for most blocks in a season. After that, he took his talents to football at The University of Texas at San Antonio where played defensive end and recorded the third-highest single-season sack total in school history.
Pro recruiters began to take notice. In 2014, Marlon was offered a contract with the Ottawa RedBlacks for their inaugural season in the Canadian Football League. As a starting defensive end, Marlon helped take the RedBlacks to the CFL’s Grey Cup. Following his career in the CFL, the Alliance of American Football offered him a contract to play in the United States. Shortly after signing, a major back injury brought his three-year pro career to a halt.
Marlon had the choice to give up. However, he noticed that the routines he developed during his professional career kept him active and motivated in every area of his life. Marlon quickly realized that anyone can benefit from his training regimen.
No limits.

I hope you enjoy, and as always, no limits.

On this week's episode we sit down with Frank Dades. Frank spent the earlier part of his life experiencing a lot of failures. It wasn't that he didn't have the gifts and talents to achieve, but rarely did he stick to the things he started. He lacked the confidence to be all that he could be.
At a certain point in time, he made the decision to change. From drinking and staying up all night, to getting to the gym when his old friends were getting home from the club, Frank took control of his life and what has transpired as a result is inspiring.
There are no limits to what we can accomplish when we believe in ourselves and are willing to put in the work to achieve our goals.
Listen to hear more.

On this week's episode we sit down with cereal entrepreneur (see what I did there?), Ian Wishingrad.
Ian Wishingrad is the co-founder of Three Wishes Foods, the award-winning creative director/founder of BIGEYEDWISH, and the Host of ADWEEK's "I'm with the Brand."
Since his teenage years, Ian has had a penchant for building brands, businesses and big ideas. After years of working on clients like AT&T, Diageo, Nestle at his own agency, BIGEYEDWISH, Ian sought to build a brand of his own.
He and his business partner/wife Margaret created Three Wishes Cereal after looking for a good option for their 6-month old son and not finding any. Their divergent skillsets and passions have been one of the keys to their success in business to date.
Three Wishes Cereal is a high protein, low sugar, grain free breakfast cereal, that tastes like the cereals of your childhood, made with modern day clean ingredients. With 70% less sugar and as much as 8x more protein than their decadent counterparts, there’s nothing on-shelf like it.
