The Watering Hole

We are recording this week from the Media Centre at LIV Adelaide at The Grange Golf Club.

On this episode, we are joined by the one and only; Pat Perez.

Pat was an original 4Aces member and this year has moved into an on course broadcasting role with LIV.

In an honest and open chat, Pat talks us through his decision to join LIV, his career and his move to the mic. We find out exactly how many pairs of Jordan's he has and the phone call with Michael Jordan when he received the offer from LIV Golf.

We were so excited to talk to Pat on The Watering Hole and can't thank him enough for his time.

A massive thank you to the LIV team for getting this episode to happen.

Enjoy, Pat Perez

We are recording this week from the Media Centre at LIV Adelaide at The Grange Golf Club.

We were extremely excited to have the opportunity to sit down with legendary golf content creator; Rick Shiels.

Host of the Rick Shiels Golf Show podcast and YouTube golfer, Rick Shiels, shocked the golf world when he signed as a LIV Golf ambassador ahead of the 2025 season.

We chat to Rick about his journey in content creation, his signing to LIV Golf and his thoughts on The Watering Hole and  Adelaide as an event. Rick talks us through some of the amazing content he has captured so far while on LIV as well as some upcoming projects.

This was truly an honor to sit and chat with Rick and he was so generous with his time.

Big thanks to LIV Golf and Rick and his team for making this possible.

Enjoy

We recap last weeks event in Riyadh which saw Adrian Meronk & Legion XIII take out the first trophies of season 2025.

Chris has some world golf news.

And a day at The Pat GC turned very awkward for Steve.

We are back after our nightmare from last week where the new studio equipment failed us.

This weeks episode is jam packed with our reaction to the news of Rick Shiels joining LIV Golf & Pat Perez moving to the microphone for season 2025.

We chat new apparel sponsors as well as our Hot Crack receiving its own new sponsor!

We enter the TWH Fantasy Draft after an absolute marathon putt off to determine this years draft order.

We round out the episode with our preview of this weeks first event of the season, under lights in Riyadh.

This week we welcome our first guest of Season 3.

Hawthorn Footy Club legend; Ben Dixon.

We were lucky enough to meet Dicko at The Jack in December and as you'll hear, enjoyed a couple of solid "day nighters"

Dicko, shares plenty of stories from The Jack, from meeting his wife Kristie through to Gorden Tallis spear tackles in the bar.

We chat through Dicko's amazing AFL career at Hawthorn, taking Jason Dunstall's number 19 through to what an amazing impact Alistair Clarkson had on him & the Hawthorn Football Club.

Dicko had us in stiches for most of this episode, especially talking about his brother in law (and Episode 67 guest) Clint Newton, the banter these two have is next level.

A massive thank you to Ben Dixon for joining The Watering Hole and he will definitely be back on again.
