Good goals should be specific, measurable, attainable, relevant( be yours) and time-bound. Set goals early, write them down and display them publicly. Only 3% of Americans do this, most Americans fail at their New Years resolutions by January 15.

Ordinary people can still live extraordinary lives when they learn patience & perseverance. We value continual personal growth, relational growth, spiritual growth, intellectual growth etc, but what do you do when you feel like you’re stuck in a “season” and not able to see any progress? It’s important to be honest with ourselves and be able to identify things that we actually value vs. things we wish we valued more. Once we identify our core values- making decisions is a lot easier, but if we haven’t defined what we value we run the risk of drifting in the unknown. For creatives and business minded people to be unclear is to be unkind, and that is why it is crucial to define your core values for yourself.
