I met Sensei Gary a few years back, it was a great seminar. He struck me as a very straight forward and honest teacher, we stayed in contact via social media and I was right, Gary is an honest person and if you ask for an opinion you get one, not necessarily the one you wanted but always honest. I like that. So in this episode we talked about mental health and Karate, Gary's experience in Kyokushin and Enshin Karate and his career in the Fire service.
