In fact - I refuse to do it. 

Because sometimes the most important part of business isn't the things you're adding - but what you're subtracting. 

Everyone knows Personal Development is key.

Growing ourselves in order to grow our business (and income).

Having a personal development journey with a compensation plan attached.

But Personal Development can also be a huge trap.

For many - it's a spiral of accumulating knowledge, but never actually learning.

There's an old saying in business:
If you can't measure it, you can't fix it. 

One of the biggest steps from a hobby to a business is making sure you're tracking your numbers.

• Tracking your DMO.
• Tracking your enrolments.
• Tracking your expenses. 

But there's ONE metric that hardly anyone tracks. 

And it's the single most important number to track when you're wanting to create freedom. 

It's always incredibly frustrating when you're business is stuck.

And it can seem like no matter what you do - the momentum doesn't return.

But the good news is, it's generally the smallest thing that flicks the switch.

The tiny hinge that swings a huge door.
