I have been asked many times, can I teach self defence? Do I know self defence?

I am no self defence expert, I am a mixed martial artist and coach so I thought I would discuss my opinions on the 4 most likely scenarios you would need to defend yourself in.

Louis Pasin AKA the junk yard dog is an MMA fighter holding the light weight amateur DFC belt. He's also a BJJ blue belt.

On top of this he is an all round good person and team mate. He's a prime example to show the benefits from cross training in MMA.
