Commitment - This should speak for itself, what could ever succeeds without commitment? To have a successful website there needs to be a commitment to creating, maintaining, and growing it. 2. Begin with the end in mind - It all starts with "What is the primary goal of your website?" 3. True relationship building - Engage with your viewers, use social media, respond to messages, communicate with everyone timely, proactively, and genuinely. All help to establish rapport and build trust that result in true relationship building. 4. Going the extra mile – Sometime the extra yard even helps, an extra good will gesture always pays off, with today’s technology automation is simple to integrate, thank you and follow up emails can be automated with a custom feel. 5. Seek first to understand, then to be understood – If you’re not listening, then you thinking about yourself. Understand the content your viewers want to see and provide it, tweak it, and work it. 6. Control what you do now – Take action, a website does not develop and grow on its own by simply being live. 7. Knowing your “why” – Not to be confused with #2, while you know where you want to end up, the question is why you want to end up there.
