It's Easy, Stupid!

Take 1 lb (0.5 KG) kashered livers

Fill a medium mixing bowl with chopped onions.

Fry the onions.

Combine livers and onions in a meat grinder

Run three hand-boiled eggs through the meat grinder to clean out to any remaining liver

(If you don't have a meat grinder, use a food processor)

Serve on a lettuce leaf with three cucumber rounds, two red pepper slices, a green pepper circle, and a radish cut in the shape of a flower.
