On today's episode, I have guest Matt Boyd who is the owner of Healthy Baller. Matt is not only a business owner but is also a well respected strength coach, particularly in the lacrosse world. Additionally, Matt is also a strength coach for the Bishop Ireton girls lacrosse team, Gonzaga boys lacrosse team, and Capital Lacrosse club team. Matt works mostly with high school and college athletes and has developed a College Prep program which helps keep college athletes in shape during their breaks.
