I'm into my 8 week lock in before Christmas and I'm talking about the essential habits I'm putting in place to help me be successful with my fat loss, confidence building and generally just feeling much better in my body and mind.
A little update in how its been going, why the scales should never determine your mindset around progress (though its SO tough) and a little check list for you to get started you are lacking a bit of spark right now.
My clothes are feeling too tight after the summer, I've stopped enjoying training like I used to, I've realised that I'm not making any effort with myself and it's led to feeling totally MEH!
I've had enough and I'm on a mission to get my spark back!
In this episode I talk about the number one reason I believe that women over 40 are not managing to achieve their health and fitness goals- their ability to manage their stress levels. I talk about why I believe this is the case and how you can make some changes to hopefully help you manage your stress levels better.
A real talk episode with a little kick up the bum if you need it. If you're struggling with motivation, feeling overwhelmed, unhappy and stuck, this one is for you.
If you have struggled with weight loss, yo yo diets, keeping weight off long term, or even fat loss in your 40's and beyond, give this podcast a little.
Weight loss does not have to involve feeling starving hungry for long periods of time. You don't have to inevitably put weight back on. Give this a listen, there may be another way for you.
A very personal episode today.
I talk about some of the struggles I've been facing recently, as a woman in her 40's and the realisation that I need to make a change- and the only person who is responsible for that is me! I hope it resonates, follow along to see how get on.
As women I believe that we are hard wired to put ourselves last, which can really negatively impact on our health. This chat is to help you realise you are worth it, and where to start with making some changes.
If you're not feeling so good, it can feel almost impossible to feel motivated. A few tips in this to hopefully help you get started if it all feels a bit much.
A chat about what really makes up a healthy diet, cutting through the misinformation we see on social media each day.
