Literally and metaphorically - Em and Steph just have a good ole yarn about general meandering adhd pole thoughts. It's a time!

Our first-ever guest is back and how we have missed her! Comp season in Australia is hitting hard, and we are loving the new faces and competitions that are coming onto the scene.

Both Bailey and Lynn run competitions and chat about their respective newbie sections and of course - should our old, kinda faithful grading table make a comeback with a fresh face?
