The Wild Wild Left

As a child I was told of Nations that would imprison their journalists, jail protestors, and curtail free speech.  I was told of far off dangerous lands, where people were held without cause or shot on sight where Cabal in Power kept their people down.  I was told we fought to keep America FREE from these evils, only to grow old and find all of these being codified into law by NDAA, the Jobs Act and Prolongued Detention in the year 2012.

Truth has become the Enemy in my Land, and I fear for us all!

VP Candidate Alex Mendoza makes a return appearance to expand on the Socialist Party USA's platform, and plan to change America.

We at the Wild Wild Left are committed to 3rd party solutions, having soundly rejected the Uniparty system presented as a "non-choice" by the 1%.

I intend to bring every Green and Socialist candidate to the table; offering you sound and sane viable options this coming November to truly change the fabric of the United States.

In our last show, both Alex and Presidential candidate Stewart Alexander were at the table.  Tonight is a chance to hear more from Alex Mendoza.  Stewart will be coming again soon as well.

This Friday, I have the honor of interviewing Stewart Alexander and Alex Mendoza, running for our highest office on the Socialist Party USA ticket.

The Uniparty has failed; the bust and boom of Capitalism has broken society. Our Constitution has been shredded... and Occupy has just begun to fill the streets.  It is one thing to finally understand that Capitalism created the 1%... now it is time to address the only sane solution to those ills by embracing a Socialist Ticket of Alexander/Mendoza for Presidency 2012.

Tonight, I bring these POTUS/VP hopefuls before you, to speak of a new way forward for the United States!!

I had an interview slated for tonight, but lack of communication or confirmation has left me with naught to do, but with 2 hours to spare.... wing the show completely.

Those of you who know me know how painstaking I am with notes and prep - so this should be interesting to say the least.

My friend, and WWL Radio twice-guest Kurt Haskell makes a return tonight to speak about his Congressional bid for Michigan's 7th District as a Democrat.  

Many of you remember him as a witness to the Panti-bomber incident in Detroit; and spokesperson for the gross mishandling of the case.  Kurt shares a law practice with his wife Lori and truly wants to enact change.  I will be the one pushing him lefter - as I do with everyone.  Heh :)

I will also be addressing the Unconstitutional passage of the repressive and fascist HR 347, and the Kony video scam.

Should be a fiery night!

Much has happened since we last spoke with Noam Chomsky in April of last year!  Then, we pondered the Arab Spring, and now the seeds of that revolutionary mindset has spread the the US and manifested in the Occupy Movement.

The possibility of intervention and attack of Syria and Iran have ramped to new heights.

And?  The silly season of electoral politics is in full fetid bloom.  

I have so much I want to mine his brilliant mind about, and only an hour in which to do it!  

 

I hold Noam near and dear to my heart as a friend and am, as always, honored and thrilled to have the opportunity to speak with him on WWL Radio.

Tonight I am thrilled and honored to speak with Cindy Sheehan.  We will be discussing her new book, "Revolution, A Love Story" which chronicles her time spent in Venezuela, and her meetings with Hugo Chavez!  She has seen first hand, there is indeed a better way, than the predatory capitalism we suffer here, the World suffers under the US's actions.

Cindy is a force of nature. I have long admired her tenacity, her bravery and her honesty. I imagine that when 2 middle aged, pissed off Moms - turned Revolutionaries sit down for a conversation; this shall be an amazing show!

Who is a threat to WHO, here?

On a week when they manage to sell the taking of Woman's choices on everything from rape to reproduction, in a World where American's elected officials are now selected private industry managers, why should we believe ANYTHING we are told about Foreign Policy in Foreign Nations?

Tonight, I hope to try and cut through the BS and shed some light on the convoluted situations in Iran and Syria.

Its tricky, but believe none of what you hear, and half of what you see.

Holding out Hope still?  President McHope just bent over for the Religinazis, and while thus positioned, gave a reach around to the Bankers on foreclosures while deepthroating the Super Pacs.  

Still think that Electoral Politics mean a damned thing?

The time to Occupy is now more than ever.  It is far past time to remove the sham of Freedom and have a People's Revolution - perhaps a Jeffersonian Revolution ala a Bolivarian one.

Then we have poor misguided Chris Hedges wringing his hands so hard he broke his Rosary over a broken window while applauding Greek Riots.  Puhhhlleeeez.  

Plenty to rant about tonight, my friends.  I'm ready to roll!

Really this time!  David had to miss our interview 2 weeks ago, but is returning tonight!

A blond housewife and a black lawyer walk into a bar on a belated date... who knows what will happen? Truth and laughter served up faster than a speed-of-light beer, thats for sure! Tachy-on!!!

David Peery is brilliant, funny and spot-on Politically.  As the silly-season erupts into full fetid bloom, with the foremost players ringing bigoted bells for the Pavlovian Knuckledraggers; we are going to try and counter the insanity with a fresh dose of realism and rationale.

We have Arizona banning Ethnic Studies, we have man-on-dog Santorum, we have Paul wanting to revoke Civil Rights Legislation and we have a Nation turning on its own People in fear and loathing rather than face the obvious:  The Problem is Endemic Class War.
