Thats right!

I’m so excited to be sharing with you some awesome information about fear that has helped me understand how to deal with my own.

I once read a book called “Feel The Fear and Do It Anyway” by Susan Jeffers and she shares with us her tips around Fear, that quite honestly, is amazing!

If you adopt this way of thinking about fear, it will move you from a place of defeat, hopelessness and paralysis to one of empowerment, confidence and most of all ACTION!

Now, we all feel fear and we all know that it comes in different faces.  

We all deal with fear on a regular basis.  I know I’ve had to overcome plenty of it in my life.  I also know how powerful fear can be and how it can control us.

I believe that if we look at FEAR from a different perspective,  it can make a massive difference in our the way we live our lives.

It has for me.

That’s why I want to share this with you today! In the hopes that this information will resonate with you and help you on your journey too.

So let’s tackle this challenging topic and see how we can adopt these concepts into our lives and especially in our business.

Hey Wild Woman!

I don’t know about you, but do you ever find yourself with too many ideas and can’t seem to launch?

Or do you find yourself launching your ideas, you’re going full steam ahead for a few weeks, if you’re lucky a few months… then all of a sudden lose momentum?

If you’re anything like me and like most entrepreneurs, our minds are constantly fluctuating from one new idea to another and every new idea, brings about new projects and new tasks.

Before we know it, we’re inundated with work… we launch things at a whim, we do everything half assed and then lack the consistency of following through.

And we end up exhausted and we lose our fire, because it seems like that the harder we work, we’re not getting anywhere.

Below are the 4 key elements that can help you achieve your mammoth goals and build massive momentum!

1. Positive and Happy Mindset

Did you know that it is scientifically proven that if you are a happier more positive person, the brain works significantly better and you’ll be more successful in really anything that you do?

Working from a positive mindset, expands our awareness and our ability to take in more of our surroundings with an open, broader mindset.

It allows us to build better relationships, it strengthens our resilience to challenges and it gives us more energy!

Number 2. Have Focus

As an entrepreneur you have more than likely at one point, felt overwhelmed in some form or another. Especially for those, who are just starting out , who may have come from a working background… still finding their “way” in business.

One of the biggest things that cause overwhelm in business, is our big ideas!

Ideas have the tendency to take you from one path to the next… and the more ideas you have, the more time you need to execute, which means… the more pressure you put on yourself, which leads to overwhelm.

So find out how to have laser-like focus so you can build momentum in anything that you do.

 3. Be Consistent

Another key to less overwhelm and less stress, is to take our massive goal and to break it up into little bite sized pieces. And each day, choose say 3 of those bite sized pieces and take action. (Depending on how much time you have to spend on your business).

So instead of looking at your massive goal, and feeling COMPLETELY overwhelmed by it, you take small steps on a consistent basis. You may not see results instantly, but if you execute small consistent actions, that will take you closer to your goals… and if you stay on that path, you can achieve it.

4. Have Belief

The reason why people fail to achieve their goals, is because they get impatient, they lose hope, they lack the belief in their efforts and maybe even in themselves and they GIVE UP.

The biggest challenge is that you have to keep working for a while, consistently before you can even see a payoff.

The problem is… most of us, expect a payoff or instant gratification.

And that’s why most businesses fail before they even get a chance to begin!

 

On top of all this, that mind of ours is an endless chatter and more often than not it is detrimental to our success. It’s constantly telling us that we’re not good enough, or we’re not worthy… or that the actions we are taking may not be wise.

The key is to ask yourself, is the steps that I’m taking moving me closer to my goal or away from my goal?

If the answer is no,

Maybe you want to make an income, working from home, on the beach, working around your children… or even better, working around the world!?

Wherever you are on this road of life, I am sure you’re gonna take away some golden nuggets that you can contemplate and apply, so that you can spend it on what matters most in your life.

As we know, time is our most precious commodity.

Once it’s spent, we can never get it back again, so let me take you through an idea that once set up, can potentially help you save more time, so you can travel, spend time with your loved ones, make money in all the corners of the earth… and make better life choices.

So today, I’m going to share with you the concept of starting an online business! That’s correct ladies!

I know some of you are quite traditional and the thought of starting or running an online business, is overwhelming… and that’s understandable. But there are so many benefits to getting started on an online business and it really is worth looking into.

No matter the challenge… like my mentor Marie Forleo says… EVERYTHING IS FIGUREOUTABLE! Whatever you don’t know, you can work it out. Or you can hire someone to do it for you. So don’t let the overwhelm stop you.

* Whether you own a coaching business and want to brand your business, or yourself.

* Or  an artist selling your book, music or paintings…

* You might even be someone who has an exciting product to share with the world.

* Or a stay at home mom, who wants to work from home, around her children.

Whoever you are,  know this… owning an online business is the future.

 

So why an online business?

Well for one, more and more people are getting online!  Let me ask you something. When you are searching for answers for anything these days, what do you do?  That’s right! You google it! 

As I speak, according to live worldometers, there is now over 3.35 billion internet users worldwide. That’s 46% of the worlds population every year using the internet. And in the past few years it has been rising by an average of between 7% – 10%.   In 1995, it was less than 1%.  

And even better, more than 1 billion people have bought products or services online.

The growth of people who are now purchasing online is MASSIVE.

 

So what does that mean if you get your business online?

 

Well  1, getting your business online has incredible SCALABILITY.  By having an online presence, you have the potential to reach a WORLDWIDE market.  And you have the ability to run it 24/7, even while you are sleeping!

Two, there are no geographical boundaries. You’re not limited to where you do business. It’s not like running a local café or clothing store. Where you are limited to the amount of customers in the local area, who walk through your door.

And better yet, if you have the right business model, you can produce revenue even while you are sleeping! Now how awesome would that be? 

And it’s doable!

With a well thought out social media plan, understanding and applying successful search engine optimisation and advertising strategies, an online business can really THRIVE. And the great things is, there are many ways to find someone who can help you with this, even if you have a small budget!

Overall the biggest benefit is, you have access to the world at your fingertips.

You have the luxury of being able to speak to the exact people who you can help. Or the exact client that you want to attract.

And you know what else it gives you?

You’ve probably heard this before, but success in business is 80% mindset, 20% mechanics. So today, it’s all about the mindset and the concept of the Law of Attraction.

So, what is the Law of Attraction?

 The Law of Attraction is a way of life. An empowered way of living. It is an understanding that we are all energy and we are not separate from anything or anyone. This includes people, physical objects or positive experiences.

Nobel Prize winning physicists have now proven beyond doubt that the physical world is a collection of energy. Nothing is solid.

So welcome to the world of Quantum Physics. My friends…

Quantum Physicists have proven that thoughts are what builds and keeps together this ever-changing field of energy, into the objects that we see. And that the objects around us, isn’t the hard objects that we see, or touch.

We are all a collection of energy that is moving in rapid rate. So instead of seeing flashes and swirls of energy… we are seeing the whole object.

So let me give you an example. Do you remember, when we used to draw stick figures at the bottom corner of a notebook. And each page after that, was the same stick figure with it’s leg in a different position, and the page after that is another stick figure with his leg in another position?

And when you grab all the edges and flick it rapidly, you see the stick figure running? Well that’s how energy works. It’s working in such a rapid rate, that our eyes can see the whole object, rather than the tiny packets of energy.

Another example is our body. Our body is made up of tissues and organs, which is then made out of cells, which is made of molecules, then atoms, which is made up of sub-atomic particles, which is made of ENERGY!

So, we as humans are one big balls of energy, that is walking around, ever changing.

So since we are energy, everything around us is energy… and it is proven through quantum physics that the act of ...
