Ryan King, known better on Instagram as TheWisdomOfKings is a husband, father, entrepreneur, content creator, and friend.

His growth hasn't been meteoric, more like a diesel truck. Because his writing is real, authentic, and grounded. It's not based on theory, but experience.

But if you listen to this podcast, the contribution they made to my life should be familiar: they introduced me to Christ at Burning Man, and baptized me 5 years later, almost to the day.

They ran a ministry at that New Age, pagan, hedonistic festival, for over a decade, reaching out to some of the most lost and rebellious seekers.

But even those men and women were in need of a Father’s blessing.

They just didn’t know it.

For a man, there's no blessing greater than that of a friend.

Yes of course, a wife, children, a home, and a successful career are important. But the value of friendship to men can't be overstated.

Which is why, for all its flaws, the men's movement has had one unmistakably positive impact: to wake men up to the necessity of brotherhood.

Which is why I'm grateful for this podcast series with my friend, Jonathan West.

This guy means a lot to me, and to say more about that would only take away from the importance of that sentiment.

As I've grown in my faith, Jonathan has become a father and small business owner, and the race war in America has died down, at least for now, we've started talking about a broader range of topics, not just race.

Anneliese is a wife, mother, podcast host, and the brilliant voice behind one of the most confident and outspoken Christian values-based accounts I follow, Feminine Not Feminist.

Her Instagram page has grown to more than 140,000 followers in just two years.

Her success proves that feminism is failing, and that women are ready for a new way forward, The Great Reconciliation.

But that doesn't mean the hurdles to get there are over. Because everything in our culture incentivizes women to disrespect and disregard men.

This is how feminism exploits an aspect of women's psyches that was first described, as far as I know, in a really good book.

He's also the pastor of Kings’ Church in New York City, and if you can think of a tougher American city to be a pastor in, during a more challenging decade, I'd love to hear it.

The word that comes to mind is "bellicose", which the Oxford Dictionary defines as "demonstrating aggression and willingness to fight."

Kahlil Gibran (1883-1931) is the author of the classic “The Prophet” and is bestselling American poet of the 20th century.

He’s honored in Arabic literature as one of the greats of their Romantic era. However, in America his critical reception has been much more mixed.

While the public loves his work, critics celebrate him far less than his contemporaries, such as Robert Frost.

But no one cares what elitist critics think. Beauty is a right, like air, water, and freedom of speech. Our tastes matter.

In this poem of paradoxes, Gibran discovers the joy in defeat, the flaws of victory, and his own potential for triumph, hiding in the unlikeliest of places.
