    Find out more.

    Read his book.

Check out Grooves to understand your habits:

In this conversation we talked all about screens, and his uncommon approach to fixing screen dependence. Rather than fixating on the symptom (screen addiction / overuse), Eli recommends identifying the reason for such a high dependence.

This is a topic I am very passionate about, and struggle with regularly. I think many of us don't recognize the true harm we are doing to ourselves by handing over our attention so often and so readily.

I hope you can take something from this conversation!
