September 13, 2024 The Middle Path...
Epic day today. Started with a great Alfacast w/ special guest Hakeem Anwar from Above Phone then I worked outside on our food forest hobbit fence, went for a river swim with the dogs and caught a fun private chat w/ Emoto Institute director, Michiko Hayashi. Life is beautiful friends.
Here’s my ramblings for the day…staying the middle path for me is key to serenity. x
