“Chosen correctly. You wanna get that considered in terms of what's best for you, what's best for you from a taxation per, you know, taxation perspective, what's best for you in terms of how you want the business to run and what you see the business doing. So that's really the, the basic foundation.
And then on top of that foundation of the foundational documents. So, you know, do you have more than one owner? Do you have more than one partner? Do you, are you gonna have shareholders? What's management gonna look like? And to get all of those things written down. Like you said, you have a great relationship with your mentor.
He's like the older brother you never had. And you know, the relationship is great and it, listen, may it always be great, but if it's not or you get a little bump in the road. At least have that document where you're like, you know what? We talked about this in the beginning and here's clause seven and this is what we're gonna look at” - Dara Rosenbaum

“There was one day I had had enough, you know, I was 30 years old. I had gone on on one more drinking binge. And I had just, I had had enough and a friend of mine came to me and he says, are you ready to give it up?
And it was just like, yes. And I knew at that. I mean, I made that decision. So there's a decision involved. For me, I had to make that decision to change my life, and from that moment on in 1988, everything was different. I knew it was gonna be different. So the first thing is make a decision. The second thing, again, this comes back to the law of attraction.
If you make a decision, you can't just make a decision. You actually have to act. You have to do something regardless of, of what that is, whether it's seeking outside help, whether it's walking down the street, whether it's going to the gym, whether it's doing yoga, whether it's writing down what you vision for your life” - Michael Harris

“ I want to excel in my business. Now if I don't have any employees, I don't have any team, I don't have any staff. I'm trying to do every little thing myself, like you were saying a second ago, wearing all these different hats. Um, then what we're looking at is we're looking at a situation that I'm not gonna be able to spend any time with my family.
But I can get all of those same things done on a day-to-day basis by delegation, automation, you know, finding different ways to take things off of my plate. Um, so I want to be a great businessman. I want to be a great agent. I wanna be a great mentor to people that rely on me. I want to be a great employer, a great boss.
I want to be a great father, a great husband. I want to be all of that. Um, and it's certainly not easy, but I think it's, it's taking it from the standpoint of everything I want to do, I'm, I'm gonna do it wholehearted. And I'm not going to put, I'm not gonna put a partial effort towards anything that I do” - Christian Brindle

“The reason most people struggle is if the lesson that they learn doesn't hurt bad enough, that forces the perspective that you question the actions that led you there. You'll eventually end up repeating the same. So that's why it happens until you get a perspective it hurts bad enough where you realize the pain that that action actually caused, whether it was in your business, your bank account, your relationship, your friend, whatever that was.
But the catalyst that forces the behavior change is the one that really, really sticks because then you realize the behaviors you did, you're like, I can never do those again. And so then you're like, okay, cool. What's the other option? So it forces you to think of those future behaviors, right?” - George Bryant

“ I have this little thing that I came up with, uh, after I, so now we're gonna fast forward.
So I went through that journey and, um, and of course I flipped the script. And, uh, of course the shame is pretty deep, so, you know, here, You know, wasting two and a half years of my kids' life. And you know, again, as soon as we, as soon as we eliminate life and don't include what we're going through, when we go through it, we'll say things like, I got through it in spite of, and when we say, in spite of, we're setting ourself up for future failure and here's why.
Absolutely. Cause in spite of, in spite of says, I was forced, I was forced to believe this had a place and I crushed it, meaning I'm better than that. The only thing is, , we did that. So we chose that and we only, A human never chooses the solution. A human never chooses her. So, or her problem, a human chooses her solution” - James Heppner

“ Really talk about, you know, what hurt us in the past or really what's prevented us from being the best we could be. So, easiest way I can do that, get my shit handled, put my daughter down for a nap, and now I can be able to be here, be present in the moment, and really work on the thing that brings me the most satisfaction and joy back to my life.
So number one's gonna be, Getting your podcast process down and that's really figuring out when are you gonna be able to build your episodes, what does that look like for you? So I know for me, we were sick for the past three weeks. So I was able to push things a little bit and kind of be more flexible with how I was gonna be able to put out episodes and what it was gonna be” - Alundas HavensNow Sponsored By My Fit Life DISCOUNT CODE: TWP20159

“ There's the only thing I can say, uh, three, the three step process I'll give you is be there, be aware and be of.
You have to show up every day and know what you you're doing. Be mindful of your business, of yourself, your spiritual game's you just gotta care, man. That's what's missing for most people. Do I really care? Do I care about my business? Do I care about my customers?
Do I care about my processes and how I integrate my life and all that around that, that core principle. Uh, and if you're doing those things, then you'll be teaching later. Um, you know, because an entrepreneur's journey is 100% about . And I think it, the beautiful part that people don't talk about is, is the discovery of what your client needs and what your business needs and how to serve it” - Brandon Todd

“It's a gradual process most people want to change quickly or they want results quickly and they don't get it, so they quit and give up, and they never get there.
For me, I was stuck in a cell 24 hours a day with absolutely nothing. At first it was just a lot of thinking, a lot of generating awareness around myself and my life. Most people lack awareness and they have this internal dialogue and these habitual ways of living that they're not even really in control of.
They're almost like drones going through life. That was me Before prison. I was just going through the motions, doing what I did every day, not really seeing the bigger picture. When I was locked in that cell, I had all this time to think and I started analyzing. You know what happened is I hated who I saw” - Sean Michael Crane
