At 19 years old, while preparing to become a firefighter and paramedic, Sam Tejada opened his first company, Rescue-101, and turned it into an authorized provider of CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard Training Courses for the American Red Cross in South Florida.
While he was a Licensed Firefighter & Paramedic, he learned about the health benefits of Nutrient IV Therapy. He also learned from Dr. Robert D. Willix, a board-certified cardiac surgeon who was recognized as a leader in preventive medicine.
After seeing firsthand the benefits of preventive medicines, Sam opened the first Liquivida Lounge in 2013 and made it his mission to create "a wellness spa for the health-conscious".
Liquivida is now the #1 IV vitamin therapy provider in the United States. They also provide services to help with general health assessments, beauty and skincare, and sexual wellness.
Sam and I talk about the importance of taking care of our bodies, IV Drips, building your business, and finding ways to make an impact
You’ll Learn:
“ I have a passion for that but at the same time, I have that passion for business I have that passion for sales. What I can do all of them together. I hit the jackpot there career wise. When I was at the fire department great job.
It's rewarding. You have these wonderful saves. You save people outta car accidents, save people outta fires that's rewarding. But when you work for a min municipality there is very little that you could do on the business side and even the higher up chiefs they're more in a political position versus anything else that, it's not that they're really running a business, how I'm running a business” - Sam Tejada

Bill will be the first to tell you he is nothing special, but he’s been able to overcome an abusive childhood, post-traumatic stress (PTSD), mental health challenges, and unexpected crises to finish an Ironman, earn a black belt in Krav Maga, and run the Boston Marathon five times—including one on crutches. He’s a
regular guy who is now thriving at the top of his profession, too. Through his debut release, Thriving in the Storm, he seeks to explain how anyone can achieve similar success.
Bill and I get deep on healing from trauma, doing the hard work, helping others, and finding a way to make it out.
You’ll Learn:
“that's kind of taboo from men what do you mean love . Yourself? What do you mean self-compassion? Growing up, you're soft.
If you have compassion for yourself men don't cry. That dynamic has to change. Did you know there's a stat that men are more likely to die of suicide. They're four times more likely than women.
And why is. Because they don't talk about it they keep it down. they keep all those memories, all those horrific tragedies, traumatic things that happen in their life. They keep it down inside, suppress it, until one day they burst the wrong way, and they don't talk to anybody because that wasn't okay" - Bill Murphy

Joe D Guerra is the owner of One Loco Media Entertainment and Make America Gangster Again
Joe talks about his childhood of having a single mom where he did not like growing up without a father and money.
He grew up quickly and got into a life that led him to prison where he recalibrated his mindset to teach other men that the TRUE GANGSTER is by living by the code to provide for our families not being on the streets.
Joe and I get deep on why you have to be intentional about what your movement is and why you always have to think ahead when you are planning your moves.

“ I've had that habitual thinking as soon as I think of something or soon I noticed it was like when certain types of pressure hits me, I started resorting to certain habits to get through that fucking pressure and they were bad habits. Instead of handling my problem, then go get fucked up and then not think about it, and then I'll worry about it tomorrow.
Type shit always doing something else instead of actually handling the problem and then going to prison. That's where I literally started a new life there because one had never been in trouble that was the whole point.
I had common sense to the point people will brag how many times you went to prison? I'm like, damn, why you bragging about that shit? That means you're a dumb ass criminal. You're fucking stupid if you keep going back to prison. I went for this and I went for that that's fucking dumb, bro.
And my whole point was to fucking get away. If you don't do this shit you better get away with this shit. I see on like everybody just showing off on social media that they're like I've got all these straps with all this dope.
And I was like dude back in my day couldn't even take a picture with I only think I had one picture that I have of me in the past with a group of people and I just had somebody just happened to have it and gave it to me when I got outta prison” - Joe D Guerra

Chris and i jump into what it’s like to jump into entrepreneurship, how Seinfield, The Office, and WWE help us connect with our audience is life and
What like looks like when you have power over your time
You’ll Learn:
“You don't need a ton of people in order to make a full-time income online. In fact, you only need to convince what about a a thousand people to all spend a hundred bucks on something that you would, you know, gain that a hundred bucks from?
And if you can do that, that's a six figure income that you can get right there. So when you realize that, You don't need a ton of people. You know, you watch these YouTube channels, people have millions and millions of subscribers tens of millions sometimes, right? And then you got people who just have, you know, two or 3000 and you're just like, oh, they must be like a little small fish in the pond.
But in some instances, that person that has that. Three to 4,000 subscribers might be making more than a person that has a hundred thousand subscribers because they know how to create a connection. There's an old marketing saying that says the riches are in the niches. So if you can specifically talk to your target audience, and you do that by relating to them, by coming up with things that you know they will be interested in, and only talking to that subsection” - Chris Miles

Sabah is the CEO of Unforgettable by Sabah, best-selling author, 2 time TEDx speaker, brand strategist, coach, and consultant. Her entrepreneurial endeavors began when she was 19, a sophomore in college, since then she has helped hundreds of business owners clarify their message to attract more clients to their business.
It was a honor asking about how we can further our brands with unity
You’ll Learn:
“ logically, we're business owners and we're entrepreneurs, so it's like, We problem solved. So was it something wrong with like the messaging or was it the way that you launched, did you launch to a cold audience? Did you not warm them up? Like did you not prime them? Was it just randomly or did you launch it on a weekend and no one was on their phone?
Like there's so many variables when it comes to people launching an offer. Like sometimes my clients will see me launching in a certain way. They'll go try to do it and they'll be like, oh, it didn't work. And I'm like, oh, it's probably because you don't have a warm audience. Right. It's like I have a warm audience.
So some ways that I launch and I sell, it works for me, but it's not gonna work for them. So first just really looking at where are areas that you did do really well at. And then where are areas that maybe you could tweak - Sabah Ali

Jonathan grew up quickly when he was younger from being surrounded by addiction, gangs, bad areas, and generational trauma. Jonathan watched his parents at the age of 2 be in withdrawal and watched people come in and out of his life. As he got older felt more alone and started to battle demons as well.
By age 30 Jonathan was divorced which led him to a path of addiction/distribution that landed him in prison for 3 years. He then had to process the death of his sister and mother Overdosing which led him down a righteous path where he started focusing on becoming the best father, husband, business owner, and man.
Now Jonathan owns a coating business in which he made 1.5 million in his first year, is an integral part of dad/mentorship communities, and is the Host of The Resilient Man Project where he helps man battle their inner demons and transcend through life.

“if I'm not careful, have a hard time seeing myself as other people see me sometimes. And I think it's a process for sure. And I think it has a lot to do with, with how we were raised and how we were taught to, and, and the examples that we had whether, you know, how long that process. But, but I think you have to get to a point where you understand that, yeah, maybe I messed up and, and maybe some things went wrong and this and that, but you know what, like now in these, in this moment, like I kind of understand that's how it had to be to get me into this version of myself - Jonathan York

“being emotional, showing emotion showing empathy. These are things that corporately are generally devalued because they come across as emotion. And oftentimes can feel an inadequate when measuring it because of how we measure our gains and our gaps.
To be really honest I didn't get to work at MTV because I. Creating TV shows or even working on TV shows, that wasn't my job. My job was to audition people and make sure they had the damn best experience of their life. That they connected with that camera in such a way that they were like, Ooh, like that felt good.
That was like that was me. Like I didn't, I felt present. They were my words. I didn't, I didn't like giving people scripts to. Say things, I would, I would say pick a, maybe at M T V I would say, you know, pick a genre of music, and then let's talk about one artist in that category who's making impact.
And I wanna know how you even came to know that artist and what your experience was with them. That framework for a question. There's no, there wasn't even a question to mark in that question. Like I learned to ask questions by just setting up the story” - Vinnie Potestivo

We still deal with the same shit. And that's what I aim to help people with, is how do you deal with that stuff, that human stuff that we all deal with in order to find happiness, in order to build that fully confident life? Because that's what I think that everyone wants. Everyone wants to be rich or to lose weight or to have ABS or to be a CEO. But if you go a layer deeper, why do you want those things?
