When we are businessmen or women, anxiety and stress are present every day producing body tension and health issues. Daily meditation relieves body tension and allows us to start our days in the best way.

If we don't breathe, we are dead. Breathing is one of the most effective techniques in meditation—it helps us to be present at the moment and to relax our bodies. The best way to make the law of attraction work is to stay relaxed. Remember to breathe!
