It's July! That means the garden is poppin'... well, most of it! Hannah + AJ have learned many lessons during their few years of gardening and share some of them on today's podcast episode. Season 3! Hannah + AJ are now parents of two and have a lot to share regarding the differences between the birth of their first child and their second. Hannah's first labor and delivery involved a cascade of interventions: Pitocin, an epidural and an episiotomy. Her second delivery was all natural. Hear both stories and learn about how you can advocate for yourself as you prepare to have a child. 

Your OB should work for and with you. You are allowed to ask questions and make decisions about your care and birthing experience. You do not have to blindly listen to the advice they give; you have a choice, a say, and everything is ultimately up to you.

It's the question most of us ask ourselves every day: What should I eat? What shouldn't I eat? In this episode, Hannah + AJ discuss the Bulletproof Diet Roadmap, a guide that rates foods, beverages and cooking methods on a scale from green to red (eat freely and avoid like the plague). Hannah + AJ give their insights, opinions and personal experiences related to each food category like protein, fat, starch, oils, and sweeteners, and tell you what the Bulletproof Diet Roadmap suggests as being the best and worst of each category.

They encourage listeners to listen to their own bodies when it comes to nutrition but offer ideas on foods to add into your routine and ones to avoid. Experiment, see how adding, eliminating or changing aspects of your diet makes you feel, and ultimately do what feels best to you.
