Sanya Alaya is a somatic coach and sexologist for holistic wellbeing and sexuality based in Berlin. 

Her heart mission is to support women to get beyond their traumas and stuck emotions to finally fully embody their sensuality, self expression, radiance and lust for life. 

She is trained and certified by Layla Martin as a Sex, Love and Relationship Coach, by the Sexological Bodywork Institute, Erotic School of Mysteries and Creative Consciousness Coaching Academy.

In her trauma aware workshops, retreats, events, coachings and bodywork sessions she combines the approaches which were the biggest part of her own healing journey: (Neo)Tantra, Tao, Shadow Work, Conscious Kink, Dearmouring, Inner parts Work, Inner Child Work, Sacred Sexuality, Breathwork and Meditation.

On October 11 - 13 Sanya Alaya hosts a workshop in Berlin called ”Empleasurement Bodywork" Level 1. Its a three-day experience and training for women to get more into their body, release old emotions and awaken vitality and overall pleasure. Each day you will give and receive Empleasurement Bodywork, which is a powerful mix of Tantra Massage, Dearmouring, Sexoloical Bodywork and Coaching."

McKenna believes that every person can become in tune with the innate wisdom of their bodies. Her mission is to come alongside women on this journey of seeking vibrant femininity rooted in the design of their bodies, by offering support in Fertility, Pregnancy, and Birth. She has a deep passion for supporting those who desire to live a naturally-minded lifestyle- be it through hormone-free birth control, ancestral traditions, or physiologic birth. McKenna is a Certified FEMM Teacher, Student Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, and Birth Advocate/Doula. Along with birth and nutrition education, she is currently working hard to develop a course that dives deep into Fertility Awareness Method, and how to optimize fertility for overall wellness, set to release in January 2025.

Helen arbeitet unter anderem als Psychologin, Yogalehrerin und Autorin. Ihr Ideal ist dabei eine ganzheitliche Sicht von Körper und Psyche. Zu einem großen Teil arbeitet Helen mit Frauen zum Thema dysfunktionale Beziehungen zum eigenen Körper und zum Essen, dem weiblichen Zyklus, Fruchtbarkeit und Schwangerschaft. 
Helens Wissen und Erfahrung wird fundiert durch eine ganze Reihe an Ausbildungen und Fortbildungen:

Helen hat ihren Master in Psychologie mit dem Schwerpunkt Klinische Psychologie, Psychotherapie und Beratungspsychologie und ist jetzt in Ausbildung zur Psychologischen Psychotherapeutin, Außerdem hat sie zum Thema Trauma mit Gabor Maté und Hypnose an der Charité Berlin gelernt. Sie hat eine Ausbildung in Traumasensitivem Yoga und zusätzlich auch Fortbildungen zu Traditioneller Chinesischer Medizin und Ayurveda gemacht.

Zudem hat sie traditionelles Hatha und Ashtanga Yoga sowie Jivamukti Yoga gelernt und lässt sich auch weiterhin von verschiedenen Yogarichtungen wie Kundalini oder Katonah inspirieren.

In this episode of the women podcast Chrissy shares how hypnobirthing and flexible birth preparation enabled her and her husband to confidently give birth freely, unplanned, in a home away from home. Chrissy works as a Jivamukti, prenatal & postnatal Yoga teacher in Berlin and also is launching her own hypnobirthing course this month. Her mission is to empower and educate women on physiological birth and a nourishing postpartum. She gives women the tools to be in their fullest power as they are transitioning into motherhood and beyond.
