Was ist eine selbstbestimmte Geburt? Was braucht es in unserer Gesellschaft, damit Frauen die Geburt als positives, stärkendes Ereignis zu erleben können? Und warum ist das überhaupt wichtig?

Diese Fragen stellen sich Judith Langasch und Yannick Kurzweil in ihrem neuen Dokumentarfilm „Reclaim Your Birth“.

Für die Journalistin und Psychologin war die Geburt ihrer Tochter vor zweieinhalb Jahren ein sehr stärkendes, positives Erlebnis. Danach wurde sie aber meist gefragt: Wie schlimm war es? Das hat den beiden zu denken gegeben – warum wird Geburt in unserer Gesellschaft so oft als beängstigendes, negatives Ereignis erlebt und gesehen? Und muss das so sein? Fragen, die die beiden dazu bewegt haben, einen Film zu machen – aus dem eine spannende Reise durch Deutschland, Österreich und Großbritannien wurde. Eine Reise, auf der auch ihre Tochter nicht fehlen durfte.

Sie treffen Hebammen, Gynäkologinnen, ÄrztInnen, Doulas und Mütter – Menschen, die alle eine gemeinsame Mission haben: Frauen in ihre eigene Kraft zu bringen und das Vertrauen in ihren Körper zu stärken.

ABOUT

Susannah is an osteopath specialised in pregnancy and postpartum, a doula and a sacred birth keeper. For the past few years she has been training birth doulas and sacred birth keepers in Sweden and she is about to start the first postpartum doula course in Swedish. 

Susannah weaves ceremonies, holds circles and creates other sacred spaces for mothers to honour and connect deeper with their own motherhood journeys. 

She describes her own first pregnancy and birth as an awakening, which sparked a decade-long exploration into what Motherhood has to offer women, and which has laid the foundation for her view of mothering as a spiritual practice. 

Today she has three children and lives with her family in Brazil. 

In March she is offering a free online course for mothers with young children called GROW through MOTHERHOOD. It is about uncovering deeper meaning and purpose in mothering, and turning common challenges into opportunities for personal growth - to become a more fulfilled mother.

Sayartah (Beatrice Zamora Florez) ist Medizinfrau, Heilerin und Wilumi der Anden (Priesterin der Erde, der Sonne und der Mondin)

Sie lebt mit ihren zwei Kindern und ihrem Mann in Hamburg und lebt ein Leben in Verbundenheit mit dem Urwissen der Urvölker der Anden. 

Sayartah macht Vollmondzeremonien, es gibt zusammen mit ihrem Mann Illaripa Zeremonien und Rituale zu den Jahreszeitfesten und sie bietet Retreats für Frauen an Kraftorten in der Natur an, in denen es um die Heilung der Weiblichkeit und Wiederverbindung mit der Essenz als Frau geht. 

Online öffnet Sayartah im Moment noch den Raum der Gebärmutterheilung über 6 Monate.

Im Jahr 2026 wird es dann die Ausbildung zur Hüterin der Weiblichkeit geben. 

Sayartah’s Mission ist Frauen auf dem Weg zu ihrer weiblichen Kraft zu begleiten, sie daran zu erinnern wer sie in ihrer Essenz sind und welche Lebensmission sie haben. Sie ist eine Brücke zwischen den Menschen, die nach tiefer Heilung und Verbundenheit suchen und den Spirits der Erde. 

Sayartah bietet Kurse  zum Thema Kinderwunsch, Gebärmutterheilung, Menstruationsbeschwerden, Zyklusbewusstsein, Heilung des inneren Mädchens und vielen mehr an.

Maresa erzählt in dieser Folge von ihrem Geburtshaus ‘Der Hof’ und beantwortet viele Fragen dazu, wie genau ihre Praxis dort aussieht. Wie viel wird interveniert, wie sicher ist außenklinische Geburt und welche Rolle spielen Begleitpersonen wirklich?

Maresa schreibt selbst über sich:

Hallo, ich bin Maresa, 40 Jahre alt, Mutter von 3 wundervollen Söhnen und aus Herz und Seele Hebamme. Vor 4 Jahren habe ich den Hof in der Uckermark gegründet und durfte mittlerweile in diesem ganzheitlichen Projekt viele Familien bei ihrem Geburtsurlaub begleiten. 

Auf die Idee des Geburtsurlaubs sind wir gekommen, als wir unsere zwei großen Söhne Karl und Lenz in der Großstadt zu Welt gebracht haben. Ich habe mich vor allem in der Zeit rund um die Geburt nach einem ruhigen, naturnahen Ort gesehnt, an dem ich einfach sein kann, unterstützt werde und mich ohne Lärm und Gewusel auf die Geburt vorbereiten kann und auch als Familie ankommen kann. 

Da wir diesen Ort damals nicht finden konnten, haben wir ihn erschaffen. 

Der Hof liegt in der malerischen Uckermark, ca. 1 Stunde von Berlin entfernt und wir begrüßen alle 6 Wochen 3 Familien die hier mit uns und unsern Tieren im Grünen leben. Mit uns leben noch Chewbacca, unser zotteliger lieber Hofhund, 3 Schafe, 17 Hühner und 2 Hähne und 2 Katzen. 

Es ist einfach wundervoll zu sehen wie schön das Konzept vom Geburtsurlaub aufgeht. Familien nehmen sich die Zeit raus aus ihrem Alltag in den Urlaub und genießen die letzten Wochen vor und nach der Geburt. 

Mit dem Teilen unseres Hofs freuen wir uns immer wieder über das Wunder der Geburt und sind sehr glücklich darüber so vielen kleinen Menschen ein sanftes Ankommen zu ermöglichen. DENN ES IST NICHT EGAL WIE WIR GEBOREN WERDEN. UND ES IST AUCH NICHT EGAL WIE WIR GEBÄREN.

Anna is my mentor since almost two years now. Karina Schönberger verbindet psychologische Astrologie mit Embodiment und schafft so einen einzigartigen Zugang zur menschlichen Psyche. 

Durch ihre Zertifizierung am C. G. Jung Institut und ihr Studium der psychologischen Astrologie an der AstroPraxis Hamburg hat sie sich tiefgehendes Wissen über die Zusammenhänge zwischen Archetypen und innerer Entwicklung angeeignet.

Zusätzlich hat sie ihr Verständnis in der Schule für Evolutionäre Astrologie von Michael de Baker erweitert, wo sie sich intensiv mit dem Seelenweg aus astrologischer Sicht beschäftigt hat.

Ihre große Leidenschaft liegt in der Verbindung von Körperarbeit und Astrologie, die sie in ihrer somatischen Ausbildung am BodyMindMovement-Center in Mexiko-Stadt weiter vertieft. Dabei erkundet sie, wie astrologische Archetypen nicht nur intellektuell, sondern auch körperlich erfahrbar gemacht werden können.

Besonders lebendig wird ihre Arbeit im AstroDrama, wo Planeten auf kreative und intuitive Weise zum Leben erweckt werden, um ein tieferes Erleben und Verstehen des eigenen astrologischen Horoskops zu erlangen.
