Vanne ist davon überzeugt, dass Aufklärung unglaublich wichtig ist, damit die Frauen* selbst entscheiden können. wie sie selbst als Mutter geboren werden möchten und wie sie ihre Kinder gebären. Ihr ist es unglaublich wichtig, dass Frauen* gehört und gesehen werden und insbesondere auch Mamas gehalten werden, weil genau das gesunde Familien kreiert. Es braucht gesunde und glückliche Mamas.

Niemand sollte Mutterschaft alleine gehen müssen und dafür darf die Gesellschaft gerne weicher, sensibler und liebevoller werden - mehr Verständnis, mehr Selbstfürsorge.

Als Full-Spectrum Doula & Birthkeeperin begleitet Vanne in der Schwangerschaft, während der Geburt mit Rufbereitschaft und auch im Wochenbett. Sie bietet unterschiedliche Pakete an, aber auch die Möglichkeit ganz individuell nach den Bedürfnissen zu schauen. Zum Beispiel bietet sie eine Held&Nourished Session, die ca. 2,5h geht und sich nicht nur an Wöchnerinnen richtet, sondern auch an Mamas*, die einfach mal gehalten werden möchten und Entspannung wünschen à la Postpartum is forever. 

Ausserdem bietet sie Reiki-Behandlungen an.  

Im Yoga-Glück (Adlershof) hält Vanne einen monatlichen MotherCircle an.

Kathleen is a Canadian educator and teacher, currently based in Berlin. She has an academic background in Education and Women's and Gender studies, and for a period of time studied women's reproductive health, midwifery and the politics of birth from a feminist lense. Although she now works as a teacher at international schools all over the world (including Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, San Francisco, California and Durres, Albania), her fascination and passion in the topics of midwifery, feminism and women's reproductive rights has always stayed with her. When she became pregnant in Berlin in 2024, all of this knowledge and passion came flooding back, and she dove deep into the world of pregnancy, birth and maternity care. Kathleen recently completed a Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training, as well as Doula certification shortly before giving birth. She believes that sharing positive birth stories, and learning about evidence based research on childbirth, can play a critical role in having an informed and empowering birth experience.

LARA

Lara ist Mutter von drei Kindern und aktuell in Elternzeit – neben der Carearbeit für ihre Kinder arbeitet sie als Birthkeeperin und Postpartum Doula. Seit sechs Jahren begleitet sie Frauen durch die intensiven Phasen von Schwangerschaft, Geburt und Wochenbett. Sie ist das Herz hinter motherlover, was vor acht Jahren, als Lara selbst das erste Mal Mutter wurde, entstand. Diese Erfahrung hat sie zu einer tiefen Suche geführt: Wie können Mütter in einer von patriarchalischen Strukturen geprägten Welt aus der dauerhaften Erschöpfung herausfinden und zu ihrer eigenen Kraft zurückkehren?

Mit motherlover hat Lara eine Plattform geschaffen, auf der sie immer wieder Räume für Austausch und Empowerment organisiert – Räume, die Müttern helfen sollen, sich wieder zu spüren und zu stärken. Gemeinsam mit ihrer Freundin Julia Wunderlich initiierte sie den Online-Kongress „New Motherland“, bei dem Expertinnen rund ums Thema Muttersein ihr wertvolles Wissen teilten. Als Teil des Rolling Tiger Studios leitete Lara die letzten Jahre inspirierende Frauenkreise für Schwangere und Mamas – kraftvolle, heilende Zusammenkünfte für alle, die sich auf ihre Reise als Mutter vorbereiten oder diese bereits erlebt haben. 

Zusätzlich kreierte Lara gemeinsam mit ihrer Freundin und Kollegin Ignacia Escobar das Retreat-Format „Mothering the Mother“, bei dem Mütter in einem geschützten Rahmen auftanken, sich entfalten und ihre Bedürfnisse erkennen konnten. Lara wünscht sich, dass Mütter sich in ihrer vollen Kraft erfahren und die Unterstützung bekommen, die sie verdienen.

Etiennette ist zertifizierte Systemische Coach, psychologische Beraterin, Dozentin und DJ und lebt mit 2 Katzen in Berlin. 

Ihre Expertise liegt vor allem im Thema Sober Curiosity - die Neugier auf ein alkoholfreies Leben. 

Als Prozessbegleiterin liegt der Schwerpunkt ihrer Arbeit darin, ungesunde Konsummuster zu identifizieren und nachhaltige Strategien für einen konstruktiven Umgang mit sich selbst zu finden. Dabei werden innere Konflikte bearbeitet und die Fähigkeiten zur Selbstregulation gestärkt, um individuelle Potenziale vollständig zu entfalten. Sie begleitet Menschen im 1:1 Coaching, gibt Workshops und Trainings. Zudem arbeitet sie ADHS-sensibilisiert.

Auf ihrem eigenen Weg in Richtung Unabhängigkeit, hat sie es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht, andere Menschen dabei zu unterstützen, in ihre Selbstwirksamkeit zu kommen. Dabei  ist es ihr ein Anliegen, einen Raum  für Menschen zu schaffen, die ihren Konsum reflektieren, hinterfragen und verändern wollen. Außerdem ist es ihr wichtig über das Thema Alkohol aufzuklären - ob gesundheitlich, psychologisch oder gesellschaftlich. ABOUT SARAH

Sarah Warnaar is a mentor, artist and women’s work facilitator who supports women in embodying their organic feminine essence, opening their hearts in relationship and creative expression, connecting to their power and awakening their soul path and work.

She creates spaces for others to heal conditioned and habitual patterns, re-align with their most expressed self and remember their wholeness. Sarah serves as a bridge from the ground-work of trauma, codependency, masculine/feminine work - to archetypal, Tantric, multi-dimensional, polarity and feminine devotional work. As a Priestess of the Rose, she walks the path of remembrance of the Feminine Flame, is devoted to Union and serves the Path of Love.
