Today on the pod Shay and Justin talk about how dumb the “Arrowverse” is and how much we still love it. Some other shows that got brought back that we’re happy about and the limping finish to the 2018 Midterms. Also, we talk about how all of Alex Jone’s lackeys are getting subpoenaed and how hilariously funny that is for everyone that’s not them. We ask ourselves what the crap is going on with Brexit and as always we close out with “Asshat of the Week” and “This week in O-Some”.

(Producers note: We had some loud “3AM Cable Static” that kept showing up for some unexplained reason. I had to go through the pod and manually delete them so if you hear Shay and/or Justin lose a word here or there, my bad. But I worked night and day to fix it so you can listen to our genius.)

Today on the pod Kris and Gatlin join Shay and Justin to have too many drinks and talk politics and whatnot. We discuss some good movies that have come out recently, why we’re still watching The Walking Dead and of course the 2018 Midterms and the continued trickle of results. Seven days out and the Democrats seem to have overcome a GOP wall of gerrymandering and have made some solid gains across the nation. But we’ll ignore that almost entirely to start the 2020 Presidential horse race.

Today on the pod John and Gatlin sit in with Justin while Shay is in Vegas. We talk the Midterms and whether Democrats can pull off an unlikely win in the Senate, #MAGA Bomber, the Pittsburgh shooter and Drumpf’s tone deaf response to both. Finally we discuss why we love Halloween so much and riff on our favorite horror movie franchises with special focus on AMC’s “Fear Fest” and the new Halloween movie.

Today on the pod we have Shay’s friend Dave to join us in screaming into the void. We talk about a range of topics from why bad movies are okay, Fox not showing Trump rallies in their entirety anymore, Kanye West and his impact on the midterms, voter suppression in plain sight in GA and Sen. Warren’s DNA test and how insane that is when you really think about it. And for some reasons we still don’t understand, Dave kept trying to bring everything back to “La La Land” staring Ryan Gosling.

On the first episode of “The Woodscast” we take a look at Venom and other upcoming movies that could be good or total garbage. We talk about the Five Thirty Eight election model and the narrow path Democrats have to win back both Houses of congress. We take some time to talk Kavanaugh and how inevitable his confirmation was really and of course the new revelation that Trump never was a self-made man getting millions from his father in some shady business moves.
