The two discuss the importance of being abe to multitask, and the role patience plays when working to make a film. Krikst shares his thoughts on social media and reputation, how Canadian media is perceived, and what companies can do to improve diversity in media both on screen and behind the camera.

Marissa shares her insight on how the process of Casting has changed over the years, how to stretch a role from what's written in the script to what the role is actually about, and how she remains 'neutral' in the room for the sake of the actor.
