What a year it has been! It's certainly been a challenge for many around the globe.

It's been an interesting year for me personally with regards to starting and growing a new business and in todays episode I'm sharing my 12 biggest lessons, not just from the last year, but what I've learned about myself in preceding years and how I'm now growing my business to both meet the needs of my customers and to ensure I'm putting my lifestyle first!

I wish someone had sat me down 10 years ago and said 'Jo, if you do anything, do these two things. If you focus on these two strategies and do them well, your chances of long term success are greatly increased'.

Not that we haven't had success over the years. We've had some great successes, but what I'm talking about here is setting up your business so it stands the test of time. Creating a lifestyle business that once you've put the hard work in up front pays you over and over again for years to come, without having to be on Instagram or TikTok 24 hours a day.

No matter what niche you're in or what business model you're pursuing (including selling physical products or building a business on Amazon or Etsy, etc,) if you truly want to set up an online business that funds your lifestyle without eating into all of your time then master and focus on these two strategies. I promise you, you'll thank me later!
