Czech Supreme Court Vaccine passports are illegal

In the Czech Republic unvaccinated people are currently denied admittance to restaurants hotels and other public venues But thats about to change the Czech News Agency reported earlier this week

The Supreme Court of the Czech Republic has declared vaccine passport requirements for restaurants clubs and hotels to be illegal

Judge Petr Mike said that to require vaccine passports for such venues is the same as making a voluntary vaccine mandatory He explained people would have no choice but to be vaccinated if they wanted to live normally

The court order abolishing the requirement for proof of vaccination is scheduled to go into effect seven days after it was issued
