International Christian Concern is urging the US Treasury to sanction three Iranian judges and the Iranian Evin Prison known for their maltreatment of Christians

The World View spoke to Claire Evans ICC Director for the Middle East about Christian maltreatment at Evin Prison

EVANS Christians are regarded as a national security threat to the Iranian regime and theyre viewed also as second class at best What the regime does when theyre placed inside a prison like Evin Prison theyre subjected to all sorts of inhumane treatment Theyre constantly pressured to recant and become Muslim again

Nominee Rao is a professed Roman Catholic and she replied to Bookers questions saying Senator my personal views on any of these subjects are things that I would put to one side and I would faithfully follow the precedence of the Supreme Court

Unfortunately there are a total of 14 members of the Chinese Covenant Early Rain Church still in prison

The 2013 pro-life Texas law had cut the number of abortion providers in half to roughly 20 Fewer than 10 would have remained open if the law was allowed to take full effect

Opponents of a similar law in Louisiana have petitioned the Supreme Court to block the implementation of Act 620 which requires all abortion providers to have hospital admitting privileges
