I think one thing they could do is definitely to try to push back with giving a lot of comments because the good thing is that they are a large number If you imagine thousands of letters or emails clog the government saying that we dont think this is reasonable it could create pressure but Im not optimistic because when they were publishing the religious regulations that came out this past February before that I knew many Christian churches and leaders had already done something like that but it didnt really change the outcome
