How can we feel better when we're going through a hard time with our mental health? Award winning author & Psychotherapist Anna Mathur gives us some good ideas.
She says it's important to accept our feelings, even the ones that seem bad. We shouldn't judge ourselves for how we feel. Instead, we should be kind to ourselves and get support from people we trust.
Anna explains that grief has ups and downs, and we can feel happy and sad at the same time. By setting boundaries and taking care of ourselves, we can get through these difficult times. SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT ALERT! We are now a charity!
What that means is that we can now help even more women who have experienced miscarriage and baby loss.
For the past four years, The Worst Girl Gang Ever has supported these women through this podcast by sharing personal stories of grief and we’ve built an international community. However, to expand our impact we needed charitable status. Achieving this goal in October allows us to greatly increase the accessibility of our courses and support groups by making them free.
We have dedicated a lot of time and effort to make this vision a reality and now as a registered charity we can help every woman feel less alone during one of the darkest times in their life by addressing both the practical and emotional hardships of this experience.
