At the end of the day every company wants more customers. This is where sales comes in. EWW I said a dirty word (sales) :-) Why is this such a bad word? It's because there are some terrible salesman out there giving it a bad name. You are probably thinking this isn't me or my company. Are you sure? If you have sales reps are they prepared, and how are they representing your business? Now don't think, "Well I do the sales and I'm awesome!" Some times as owners we can actually be the worst salesman.
