I recorded like a 20+ minute episode about Ollie Sutherland of Love is Blind UK season 1 and Perfect Match on Netflix. I came to his defense, but I sounded like an Ollie apologist so I didn't release that episode. People need to leave AD alone and focus on their own miserable or non-existent relationships. I wish AD & Ollie all the best. Ollie needs someone kind and patient and AD is both of those things. Relax. And if they're doomed, the world will keep spinning. I choose to send these two love & light.
Whatever you do, if you're a single woman, avoid men like Ollie if you want a peaceful existence. I hope he's grown since filming Perfect Match.
I did not agree with, or get along with, my guest Yousef Benhamida, which makes for an entertaining episode? I've rearranged the order of the audio clips so that we get into it right from the start. Then the interview officially starts around the 11 minute mark before we start arguing again (around the 30 minute mark).
We spoke about what’s wrong with partying like a rockstar when you’re wealthy, how he attracted beautiful women by driving a Ferrari, what someone needs to become a successful entrepreneur, meeting women in the wrong places at the wrong time and more. Enjoy.
One Million Dollars, Hot Girls and a Ferrari is available on Amazon.
I know comics and writers and business owners... A lot of people put pressure on themselves to get their follower count up when "Your followers aren't your supporters!" I explain why I say that. I also talk about giving my first acceptance speech for my book's first award. Then I won another award yesterday.
Shout-out to all those who've already bought my book, So Drunk A Tooth's Gotta Go!
Cierra Ortega is the perfect example of what I wrote about in "The Truth About Breakups" chapter of my book, So Drunk A Tooth's Gotta Go. Love Island USA's Cierra and Nic had what I call a "drive-by relationship." That's why she's hurting right now. I defend Cierra's accidental mishap and I read an excerpt of my book in this episode!
I'll have updates on what I'm doing soon (in next week's episode). Let's remember how much it sucks to be trying to get over someone you were barely with. We've all been there, but how soon we forget.
Get your copy of my book on Amazon. Thanks y'all!
Huda Mustafa breaks the internet with her Call Her Daddy interview. I focus on what other podcasters didn't focus on - Huda as a parent, throwing Cierra Ortega under the bus (as if Cierra isn't going through enough), going to the hospital after Jeremiah was sent home, and more. Huda shocked everyone by talking about her childhood before slamming her baby daddy, her castmates, admitting to wanting Ace, sex with Chris Seeley and more. Many lies were told. Most of the interview was BS. We've watched the show.
I'll give Huda credit for doing some sh!t on TV we've never seen before, but that's about it. I think she's a monster and I want to dissect her apology tour, minus the apology, appearance she had on the Call Her Daddy podcast yesterday. There's too much for me to get into to rush through recording an episode right now. It's coming. Sorry for the delay this week!
Yikes & LOL at my title. I was a guest on a podcast and a listener said her boyfriend is unhoused and they have good sex. I got to give that listener my advice. A dream! I also explain why I don't publicly disclose what dating apps I like. The host was relentless in his quest to find out my favorite app, but he was no match for me! I'm not giving that information out.
The listener question happens at the 30 minute mark!
Listen to my Unfiltered Tales podcast episode on Apple Podcasts or Spotify or YouTube (kept my camera off but you can see what the host looks like).
And grab your copy of my book, So Drunk A Tooth's Gotta Go, if you haven't already. Thanks so much.
I'm putting Ubereats on notice. I also explain my obsession with sexy deep voices. My fetish is definitely out of control and I wouldn't want it any other way. Next, I share the audio of my Monday interview on The Rufus Williams Show on Chicago station WVON. Rufus' voice can't be heard in my recording, but I explain his questions and you can hear my answers clearly! I'm proud of myself. I didn't drop any F bombs during my segment.
What I talked about during my radio interview:
The first section of my book, So Drunk A Tooth's Gotta Go, was especially written for comedic relief.
I kept a lot of great relationships, experiences & stories out of the book.
A lost tooth.
Why I wanted to do standup comedy.
Whether or not some content is off limits for me to include in my book.
Why people should buy my book.
NEVER have a bad 1st date again! Read the "Dating Hacks" chapter in So Drunk A Tooth's Gotta Go - comedic essays + self-help. So Drunk A Tooth's Gotta Go scored the #1 slot in humor, women authors & women writers categories on Amazon, new releases!
I was a guest on So Bad It's Good, a pop culture podcast I've been a fan of for years. I was promoting my new book. Ryan Bailey made me feel so comfortable. He's a great host. My interview begins around the 24 minute mark!!
Listen to my episode on Spotify or Apple Podcasts, or watch the YouTube video to see what I look like. I know you're gonna love my book, So Drunk A Tooth's Gotta Go! It's on sale right now. Thanks in advance for your support.
