[00:01:19] Hello, welcome, welcome, my friends, new and old friends. Like I... Said in the intro, we are starting part one of our series on Job today. Yes, that's a mammoth undertaking. I've been talking about this for a little while now, and I'm finally ready to record here and share things with you. Uh, this is a huge book with a lot of meat to chew on.

[00:01:50] And as I mentioned last week that we're going to start doing 30 to 40 minute episodes for the podcast, a [00:02:00] little more digestible, uh, shorter episodes, but I want you to get all of the content.

Part Two!

As a trauma survivor, and current minister who helps women overcome obstacles to faith, I'm passionate about the message that God has put on my heart: in our deepest darkness, we find the greatest light through His Spirit.

Over the past 20 years, I've gone through a profound inner transformation, which culminated after ‘listening to my pain’ with God, in my first book of my trilogy on facing and overcoming trauma, "Treasures of Darkness: Facing the Pain and Finding the Light." 

During the last 11 years, I've been ministering to women in the online space, with a special focus on addressing trauma pain and fostering faith in the Word and Spirit of Christ. 

I'm interested in talking about the theme of "In your weakness is My Strength" - how we can embrace our human weaknesses through trauma, in faith in Christ, and become Children of God through total trust in the love of God the Father.

Marina Carrier Part Two

Steven R Tracy, Ph.D.

Steve is the President and International Director for Mending the Soul, and professor of theology and ethics at Phoenix Seminary where he has taught since 1995. He has also served as a church pastor for fifteen years. Steve’s research and writing are focused on biblical ethics, sexuality, and abuse. He received a B.A. from Arizona State, an M.Div. and Th.M. from Western Seminary and a Ph.D. in Biblical Studies from the University of Sheffield (England) with a research focus on Pauline ethics. In addition to his domestic work, Steve, along with his wife Celestia, spend 4-8 weeks a year in East Africa coordinating and supervising international trauma training teams. Steve is the author of seven books and numerous book chapters and journal articles

Rev. Kincaid seeks to tell the story of God’s comforting redemptive grace in the midst of an imperfect world. Rev. Reverends Dave and Bobbie Ebert are on a unique mission to minister to survivors of sex trafficking using the power of improv comedy. With their help, survivors find their voice, tap into their creativity, improve communication, and rediscover confidence. As US missionaries, they use their unique calling to help those in need and bring light into the darkest of situations.

She’s been through all the challenges you’re familiar with: • Striving for a career to make her whole • Chasing a man to fulfill her • Jumping unhealed into a second marriage • Managing new babies and addicted husband as well as her own codependency • Running her own business thinking enough money would “save” her. Finally, Tanya decided she deserved more in her life – from her life. She set out to learn everything, AA, Alanon, Celebrate Recovery, Deep Therapy (EMDR) and decided to help heal others who share similar challenges by getting her professional coaching certification. Tanya works with women who want to finally heal their marriage and family whilst supporting their husbands through recovery from addiction. She uses her unique Dancing with Joy process to help them become the woman her husband cherishes and the mother that places God and love first to create a truly connected loving, and supportive family.

Dana S. Diaz is a wife, mother, and author of the best-selling book GASPING FOR AIR: THE STRANGLEHOLD OF NARCISSISTIC ABUSE. Dana has had life-long experience with narcissistic abuse, beginning in childhood. Her education in journalism and psychology at DePaul University in Chicago gave her the ability to accurately verbalize and express how narcissistic abuse creates confusion and conflict within victims, so that she can help other victims know they are not alone and better understand their own circumstances. Today, Dana is a proud voice for fellow victims who are unable, afraid, or ashamed to share their experiences. She strives to create awareness and understanding to ensure victims are given the support they need to first understand their situation and then begin the healing process. Her first book, chronicling her own abusive marriage that lasted nearly three decades, started as a journal that she hid under the couch cushion in the basement.
