Davy Liu's passion for his work was instilled in him from the very beginning. Davy's family immigrated to the United States from Taiwan when he was thirteen, and he sought refuge in his natural talent – art – as he struggled to adapt to the new culture and language. After graduating from Ringling School of Arts and Design in Florida, Davy became a Disney animator and worked on films including Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, Mulan, and The Lion King. Davy founded Kendu Films in 2004 and is working on a series of animation and picture books called the "Invisible Tails" series, retelling historical stories from a brand new perspective.

I'm excited to have Davy on the show to share with us how he found his passion for art when he moved with his family from Taiwan to the USA and ended up pursuing a career as an animator. Davy explains why, although he loved his job as a Disney Animator, he felt he had to move on and what God called him to do with his talents. Jennifer Sey is an American author, filmmaker, business executive, and retired artistic gymnast. She was a seven-time member of the U.S. Women's National Team and was the 1986 U.S. Women's All-Around National Champion. Her first memoir, Chalked Up, was released in 2008 and detailed the coaching cruelty inflicted on children in gymnastics. Sey also produced the 2020 Emmy-award-winning documentary film Athlete A, which connected the crimes of Larry Nassar to the broader abuses in the Olympic movement. Sey began working at Levi Strauss & Co. in 1999, rising to Chief Marketing Officer and then Brand President until, in January 2022, she was asked to resign because of her vocal opposition to the extended closure of San Francisco's public schools. She is a mother of four and now resides in Denver with her family.
